Reservation & Payment
Q What time is check-in and check-out?
A Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is until 10 am.
Guests wishing to store luggage prior to check-in should bring it to the front desk.
If your arrival time differs from the time entered during booking:

・If check-in will be later than scheduled
→Please contact us if arriving after 7:00 PM.
・If check-in will be earlier than scheduled
→Luggage storage is available, but please return for check-in procedures after 3:00 PM.
・If check-out will be earlier than 8:00 AM
→ Please inform the front desk staff during your stay.
・If you wish to extend your checkout past 10:00 AM
→ Please refer to the response below regarding late checkout extensions.
[Day-Use Sauna]
・If your check-in will be late
→ Please call us on the day of your visit.
・If your check-in will be early
→ As the previous time slot is reserved for another guest, we will accommodate you at your scheduled time.
Q Is it possible to check-out after 10 am?
A Yes, we charge 6000 JPY per an hour.
Please inform us the request until 9 am.
We will accommodate your request as much as possible, however it may not be available depending on room availability.
Q Can we park in front of our tent?
A There are central parking lots throughout the camps. The tents are accessible via a foot path.

A It’s available following cashless payment services.

A The cancellation policy is;

Rooms
Q How many people can stay in the room?
A 7m single domes, 7m connecting domes are up to 6 people can stay.
6m single dome can have up to 4 people can be stayed.
Q How many beds in the room?
A There are 4 beds in each room.
Q Is there a bathroom in the dome?
A Each tent does not have its own bath or toilet. There is a separate building on the premises where you can use the bath and toilet facilities.
The bathhouse (changing room, shower, bathtub) operates on a 45- to 60-minute private reservation system.
After check-in, please hang your room tag on the reservation board located in front of the bathhouse to complete your reservation before using the facilities.
Additionally, the number of people allowed at one time is limited, so please ensure you use the facilities strictly within your reserved time slot.
※For consecutive nights, reservations for the following day and beyond can be made starting from 3:00 PM on the day of your stay.
Facilities & Amenities
Q What do you provide for facilities and amenities?
A In a room, bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, mirror, cooking gas stove.
Also, toothbrushes, hairbrushes, earplugs, hair bands, coffee, tea are provided in front of reception.
Q Can we eat outside and do BBQ when it’s raining?
A The dining area (tables, benches, and (paid) BBQ grills) is located in a covered area, making it available in all weather conditions.
During the summer season, gas grills are available for rent (¥4,500 including tax). During the winter season, charcoal BBQ grills are available for rent (¥5,000 including tax). Both are available by reservation only.
Q Is there air conditioning in the room?
A Each room is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Q Can we use free Wi-Fi in the tent?
A Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi each room.
Q What should I wear to use the sauna?
A Please wear a bathing suit to use the sauna. We recommend that you bring your own swimsuit.
Swimsuits can be rented for a fee for both overnight stays and day trips. (Swimsuit rental 500 yen/person)
Dining Experience
Q What are the serving times for dinner and breakfast?
A Dinner: Delivered to your room between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
Breakfast: Prepared in advance and placed in your room’s refrigerator.
Please enjoy it at your convenience.
Q Can we bring my own food and drinks for the barbecue?
A Yes, you can bring your own food and beverages.
Q Do you have cooking utensils available for rent?
A I’m afraid that day barbecues are not available.
Q Do you have cooking utensils available for rent?
A The following equipment is available at the front desk and main building.

Salt & pepper, kitchen knife, cutting board, kitchen shears, tongs, pot (deep type, approx. 24cm, suitable for making curry, etc.), frying pan (16cm), paper plates, chopsticks/disposable chopsticks, knives, spoons, bottle opener, paper cups, paper plates, skewers, beer mugs and wine glasses
[Paid] Food & Seasonings Sold at Front Desk:
Olive oil, soy sauce, yakiniku sauce, spices (Hori Nishi brand),
Oyaki, acai, other optional food items
*Note: Seasonings other than salt and pepper are not available for free rental.
*Items not listed above must be brought separately.
Q Is there a place to wash food, dishes, etc.?
A There is a sink in the common area. Detergent and sponges are available for your use.
Q When will you be able to get the cake I ordered as an option?
A Unless you don’t have a specific time to want to be served,
our staff will deliver it to your room between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM.
You may also pick up your order directly at the front desk.

Q Is there a beverage in the building/the room?
A The following beverages are available.

Q Can we ask to change the menu for any dietary restrictions such as allergies?
A Please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Q Are there convenience stores or supermarkets around there?
A Yes, in Hakuba Village, there are a few convenience stores and supermarkets where you can shop for essentials. Some of the popular convenience store chains include:
- 7-Eleven: Located in several parts of Hakuba Village, you can find a variety of snacks, drinks, and basic necessities.
- Lawson: Another convenient option with multiple locations in Hakuba.
- FamilyMart: Present in a few spots around the village for quick stops.
For larger grocery shopping, you can visit the following supermarkets:
- MaxValu: A well-known supermarket chain where you can find fresh produce, snacks, and other grocery items.
- Omaru: A local supermarket that offers a variety of goods, including fresh food and household items.
Q Are pets allowed?
A We sincerely apologize, but our facility does not permit pets including a day-use sauna.
